several ads on Backpage that seem very interesting. would you take a chance on a provider with NO reviews ???

I start my research on TER but you could start with an ad site.  Reviews, image searches...   Obiviously some are more willing to TOFTT.   I find first reviews to be unreliable...

Man why bother? If it's a money thing..... Take that 60-100 and throw  
It in an envelope. Turn on some porn and buy some scented lotion. Lol  
Have Fistina work you over till you got enough to get a reviewed provider.
Then you will feel like it was worth it.  Now if they have reviews and are on BP
Then go for it. But unless you are a "seasoned guy" why take the chance.

There's a lot of risk in scheduling time w/ a BP girl w/ no reviews. I guess it depends on whether you want to live on the edge (or the graybar hotel).

but because I have specific interests. I don't see any provider unless there are reviews or I get a personal recommend so I know if she offers what I'm interested in.

If the BPer has no reviews, how do you make yourself safe? Googling phone numbers and pix doesn't do it for me. Even if a pic isn't stolen that doesn't mean its not LE or scammers. Sorry, I have too much to lose.

That's why it's called TOFTT!  Newbies & the risk adverse should stick to well reviewed providers.

and before I knew about TER I used it often with no problem. Since TER I still frequent BP but no reviews=no call for me. There is way more to it but that is not to be discussed here.

I just am selective & screen well. There are some gems on BP. Before I had reviews gents told me they watched my ads, website & Twitter before they saw me to get a feel of my personality & that I was a real person.

Not all providers who use BP are risky. In Tucson that has no regional board there are some mighty fine women who have excellent reviews on TER and P411. You just don't want to mess with the newbies. w/o some look at back page advertiser reviews. check the photos on google images and other sources.

As someone else said in this thread, newbies and risk adverse should not TOFTT, but someone has to TOFTT or no provider would ever get their first review.

I started out on BP, newbies start there.. I've also met my loyalist clients whom are still clients to this day from BP , but you have to weed out the scammers & crazies-that goes for both hobbyists & providers... Currently  On the Chicago board there's a thread about a guy getting ripped off... Lots of those stories via BP experiences but there are very well providers on there... If you do decide to see a BP provider make sure they are well reviewed!!!

That doesn 't mean nobody should do it. We always tell newbies to see well reviewed ladies. Even not so newbies should take the same advice if they are afraid of risk or have lots to lose. Nobody should TOFTT if they are not comfortable.  

There are guys who are comfortable to TOFTT, and we should be thankful there are. Also remember that some of us have been doung this since way before there wrre reviews (or even an internet.)

I browse BP, and I use it.  BUT Im not naive enough to think its safe.  It isnt.  I always say to treat like a sharp Katana.  Treat it as its supposed to be treated and you should do ok.  Make a mistake and you cut your finger off.  You have to be extremely careful when using BP, even more so if they have no reviews.  Even I get leery about that.  I do all the research I can.  Check the number, check the pics, ask other ladies.  Ive had it happen a few times where Ive seen new ladies and another girl Ive seen says "I know her, I brought her in" or they've worked with her before and they think she's safe.  You can never be 100% certain when dealing with someone with no reviews.  I try to wait it out to see if someone else reviews the lady.  If not, just be smart about it.  Your safety is paramount.

You should have a network, know people, and understand how things work if you want to leap off into the unknown. Then you can talk to a provider and discover mutual "friends," or talk to other hobbyists and share notes, or just know how to do enough online searches to figure out that this person looks real and safe (though there still is no guarantee you will have a good time because you are not going to have much info on what services are provided, and how they are provided).

Over the years I have seen a number of new ladies with no reviews, some advertised on BP. I am always up front with the lady that because of the lack of a track record I need to screen them, and we talk, or email, about that. Even in a big city this turns out to be a small world, and it is not that hard to find a connection; if not, I move on.

If you do not have that network, and need someone to explain to you in detail how to screen a provider, then stick with reviewed ladies until you learn.

Think of BP as the penny-stock board vs. TER as the NYSE. In the latter you look for sure consistent albeit boring return whereas in the former is where you're looking to hit the home run and get rich quick.

So just like penny stocks you look for very, very CHEAP stocks in order to minimize the expected LOSS while waiting for the ONE home-run.

And just like picking penny stocks one needs to develop a game in order to better his odd. The better his game the better his odd simple as that

I've posted ads on BP in the past myself, but have stopped posting them. The responses that I've received are usually terrible (with 1 or 2 exceptions), and most are not willing to provide references.
