A client whom I have met multiple times remarked that virtually all the providers he has met have been "tighter" than civvie women.  

He asked me why I thought that was.    

I told him that as he hadn't been with many non-provider women (according to him, less than ten) and many more P4P ladies, this wasn't exactly a scientific study.

It has to do with how clients mentally prepare to see a provider vs a civvie.  Societal views play into this as well, when you think of P4P, you think even if a provider is "Low volume" that she still maintains a healthy sex schedule, probably 3 clients per day, some more especially if they offer QVs etc.  So mentally the client is preparing for a (for lack of better words) more broken in vagina.  When it feels tighter then the clients will immediately feel the opposite way.  On the civvie side, not knowing how many partners the girl has had, and she may say "oh I've only been with 5 guys" the guy will expect a super tight vagina, the opposite occurs and he feels the opposite.  

I think it is all mental.

My experience has been about 75% civies.  
The guy is correct in that providers do seem tighter.  
Why? Probably, and this is just conjecture, the providers focus more on their feminine health than civies.  
Case in point: I've always found providers also take much better care of their skin on their whole body while civies tend to jump in and out of a shower and only care for their face.
