Why we hide tattoos....

Can't speak for anyone else but when I'm looking at a provder's website I'm not interested in "artsy" pics.
I do like nice things, don't like tats blocked...I don't like them and don't want surprises...and being a breast man want to see what I'm contemplating
Lately I've run into "members only" and restricted pics. I simply move on and away from those girls.

Are not nearly as important to me these days.

Rarely are they accurate anyways.

Please remember that for most of us, the reason we hide tattoos, is so that it's a bit harder for people we know outside of the hobby to recognize us. It is not meant to purposefully misleading. I am very clear in my ads and website that I do have a couple of small tattoos that can be hid if preferred by the client. I am also more than happy to provide location and image upon request. Most providers will be happy to provide this information when asked.

If it's something that bothers you and is a deal breaker, make sure you ask before confirming your appointment, to avoid any disappointments. I, and most providers I assume, would not want you to be surprised and disappointed, possibly leading to an uncomfortable situation for all.

That our pictures are a depiction of our minds and how artistic we are as individuals, rather than a physical display for your entertainment.

The latter is just a happy coincidence.

One thing I would say is the pics that get the most "bang for the buck" (pun intended), are those that allow for the individual artistic side of the gal to shine through while at the same time appealing to as many men, on a pure raw sexual basis, in a certain girls niche/genre as possible.

The two are not, or should not be, mutually exclusive.

but don't lose sight of the fact that photos are you #1 selling tool.

An artsy photo that still shows the provider's assets clearly is one thing. Looking at a photo and wondering it it's the ass or the elbow is another.

and some ladies who have no tattoos do just the opposite--place a small fake tattoo so the people outside the hobby wouldn't recognize her if they stumbled onto her ad.

look under "tattoos."  if it's "none" or "one" you're good to go.  if it's "many" then move on.

the first reviewer. Rarely is the profile updated other than for rate changes and sometimes age changes.

These seem to be popping up on a lot of the free hosting sites, and the providers are not being told about it. The site sponsors are interested in funding, and this seems to be the latest thing. I don't know if they're offering to unlock them if the provider pays a fee, or just going for hobbyist bucks.

Small tattoos? Big difference between those and the canvases some girls like to use their bodies for.
And I'm not buying the discretion thing, I think providers know most guys, at least those lines owing for ultimate quality, don't want her looking like a stripper somewhere.

And that's often sad for several reasons.
If the first can't identify obvious breast implants we should be able to change the profile
Personally I'm fine with enhancements, think it's her business
But too many first reviewers list tats as "a few" and the girl is covered with them.

...more in which case the profile needs updating. She should do it assuming she knows she has a profile. This is why TER has the problem report process. Any client can and should file a problem report with supporting evidence and get it changed.

I am not a fan of tattoos but it doesn't repulse me, either. I've had some beautiful times with some beautiful tattoos mediated by some beautiful bodies and minds!

But a state of mind is transient.  It changes from day to day and age to age. ("Ah, but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now." - Dylan, My Back Pages) I have discussed tattoos with my hostesses and it isn't that uncommon to find out that a once meaningful symbol is already expired and they wish they could change it or remove it. I know of one case of someone who had a horrible tattoo on her ass cheek that she explained as a terrible trick by her (former) friend, the tattoo artist. It was supposed to have been the name of her child but he put a horrid image there.

As far as artistic ability is concerned, I always gave credit to the person who applied the tattoo for particular skill and taste than to the person who chose a picture from the catalog. I have seen tattoos that looked like they were applied by a drunk or someone who forgot their glasses. Many have been exquisite (magazine quality!).

As far as artistic taste is concerned, that can also change with mood and the passage of time. When I got bored with my Raphael, I sold it at auction and replaced it with a Mondrian. I wouldn't be able to do that - and show my artistic temperament - with a tattoo.

Ink is permanent. A decision made today is, essentially, irreversible. Your love of and devotion to some idea today could look pretty foolish to you (and others) when you are older and wiser.

In the warmer weather, I notice grannies (OK, I just mean older women, which today could be a 30-40 year old granny) walking around with kids and grandkids and some pretty strange tattoos on their exposed parts. To that little kid, it's just grandma (or mama) but does he/she have any idea what that particular symbol means to other people? And there are also the cartoon jokes about the young, hot body with a tattoo that morphs into a completely different picture on the body of the droopy, flabby skinned granny

That and no other obnoxious random advertising, or click bait all over my pages. I also get much better analysis of the traffic on my site.

The service I use has a free option but honestly for the $25 a month, it's worth it not to see blinking click bait dancing on my home screen.

I also wonder how many women realize that with most of the free services, they also usually give up ownership of their content, written and photographic. This is why the sites can charge for the photos page without the lady's knowledge.

I've actually been told I don't have enough tattoos for whatever the guys particular kink is. It's fine that you have your preferences but don't transfer that onto all other men, and assume to know or understand their desires, and what they are willing to pay for those desires.

if i see "one" or "a few" on a girls page under tats, i pm the guys who reviewed her and ask for specifics about the tats, mainly size and body position.

i have passed on a few women that i originally thought were interesting.  tats don't go with the fantasy i try to build.

As with everything in life, how a provider wants to present herself in photos is a matter of her taste.

I have photographed a provider who wanted to look glamorous and suggestive.  I recently photographed a lady who felt all men wanted to see was tits and ass.....so I took a great deal of tits and ass picks.

Just depends.
