I have a noticed a huge preference for seeing providers in private residential locations vs hotel environments. Aside from safety reasons, why do you prefer one over the other? Does it matter to you?
When traveling, it doesn't matter as much as long as the providers are at upscale hotels.
I think I feel safer in a mid to upscale hotel vs residence unless I know the provider is highly reviewed and established.
safety issue. LE busts are almost always set up in a hotel room, not a private residence. I also have concerns about the traffic in and out of the room and towel usage attracting the attention of hotel staff and other guests who may view such things with suspicion and take action.
Nosy neighbors could be a problem at a residence. Same could be true at a hotel, if it's a small slow hotel with a tiny lobby.
A residence could be in a bad neighborhood, but so could certain hotels, so it's not residence vs hotel that is the issue. It is the location and type of residence or hotel.
...but given the choice I prefer private residences as long as parking isn't a problem.

I had an ATF who worked out of her home, and neighbors called LE complaining about the men going in and out. LE set up a sting and eventually got a warrant and raided the place, arresting 3 ladies.
I believe that would be considered a brothel. No wonder the neighbors noticed.
They should have a car with limo tint pick up clients from remote location, come back into garage, so neighbors don't see.
This is why I admire the russian and korean escorts. They operate out of large apartment complexes where, because there are so many neighbors who don't care who their neighbors are, they are hidden in plain sight.]
Either works for me, with a moderate preference for hotels for incall that are somewhat busy and have a place where one might logically hang out without looking odd.
Residences can be a pain to find if you aren't familiar with the area, especially since it is rare to get all the details right of how to park, get through a gate, etc, etc. Driving around in circles trying to see numbers in the dark isn't fun, and since I usually try to get there early to allow for traffic, having someplace nearby to hang out and not stand out is also useful. Some folks have a very clear set of directions that they obviously thought through, which is nice, but others don't. And, obviously, get the address right! (have stories about that one). Hotels have the obvious issues of discretion to both the staff and the neighbors, especially for those that are really vocal (you know who you are!). I've found that somewhat busy hotels work best, an empty lobby isn't great but super attentive staff wanting to be helpful can make you nervous as well. Needing a keycard for the elevator is obviously a negative, and having outside entrances that don't go past the front desk that don't need a keycard is a plus. But, all the pros and cons can be managed, I think the bottom line is just to put yourself in the client's shoes, especially if they aren't from the area, and be aware of the speed bumps and provide information to keep everyone zen. - Randy JI prefer residences because it is none of the neighbors business who is visiting. Whereas a hotel has a vested interest in knowing who is coming and going. So I feel a lot more comfortable visiting a residence such as a home or apartment
People I have seen in residences have often warned me about various nosy neighbor situations. I've heard this in apartments, condos and even single family houses, I guess it depends on the neighbors and how much time they have on their hands.
At least in a hotel the nearby rooms are transients by definition. But, as you say, management might care (or might not)If I was sure that the residence is the ladies alone and that nobody else lives there then yeah, residence. Problem is there is not even a single time that I've been privy to ANY information as to what SO, BFF, or family member may also live there or be staying there. Vested interest was mentioned, well it gets no more vested than when you are face to face with someone in their own home.
All the arguments against hotels are valid. And another one. Smile, you're on Candid Camera! But the owner of the place is rarely there, nobody in the building actually lives there, etc. My 0.02Wow.... This right here is why its hard to find a great residential location.
This is how my location is, wouldn't have it any other way. Oh and there MUST be an intercom/buzz feature to add to mystery.
....I always choose a "home" incall vs hotel when im home...if provider is on the road,thats different-but if shes local I always choose "home" first...why?...because most locals doing incalls live where they see you...(gee is that a butter stain on that pillow case?)-YUK!-once bitten,twice shy
