I know that several people are posting reviews under their alias handle now, and I was wondering: How do you decide whether to review someone under your regular handle or your alias handle?

To answer your question:  I would never use an alias to post a review.

TER's recent decision to allow this permits dirt bags to hide behind their alias and post  untrue and damaging reviews with no consequences.

I ignore alias reviews.

While what you say may be true, it also allows a person to post a truthful review that, while accurate, portrays the provider in a negative light.  By using the alias the poster avoids any negative repercussions by the provider for his honest review.

Just because some girls would not see them if their regular handles had reviews of "other" services than GFE. Some guys have a particular "type" they prefer to have under their main handle and see different girls under their alias handle. It's politics. No real reason I think other than because they can.

I've never reviewed under an alias but don't disagree with having the option.  There's a huge potential for abuse of the review system but some honest guys need protection.  If the numerical rating system was dumped that would remove a lot of the abuse that makes alias reviews attractive.
Until TER dumps the numbers its reviews will lack the credibility they would otherwise have.

If it's a fake review the lady can dispute and TER will take it down. It will be a hassle but as long as TER is there to make final judgement it should work out ok

Whether it be provider or hobbyist, everyone should have the right to confront any one that would say anything counter about their encounter. Also that is a significant question because it speaks to the identification of the author directly.

I've disputed a review, even though the score was decent and the coward never responded to my PM's of who he was and TER allowed it to stay. He may have gotten the info about me from other reviewers or just formed a general conclusion about my services and wrote a fake post for free VIP days... Other ladies in the area also got fake reviews from him. Scary to say the least and I ditched my incall and changed up a lot of things because of it.

Why don't guys consistently give the lowest posible score, as opposed to consistently giving the highest scores?

if that were to happen the ladies would insist on dropping the numerical scoring system.

Dear Sexy Jaye:
You are right there should be a committee to preserve the integrity of tricking and hoing.  As a review site that providers information, the least one can do is be accurate, fair and truthful.

But there are those strict gals that are just vanilla GFE and they don't want to think of "their guy" getting pegged, getting pissed on, getting S&M services, getting TS services,
getting BBFS, or whatever. They assume there is more risk involved, or more kink means not as safe. Some ladies have these "stellar" reputations and don't want to be associated with anything not in the "norm". Same thing happens with review scores. Certain girls won't see a guy who scores low, therefore he uses his alias for those visits that were low scores. Happens all the time I am sure. For some guys, I am sure it is just easier to separate the two worlds. Can't say I would judge a guy's handle based on who he saw, or his scoring history, but I do read reviews to see what he likes and get a feel for how we would click, but unfortunately the judgement does happen.

If you grade low you're likely to piss her off and damage her business.  Then she may complain to TER, put you on a black list or say shitty things about you to other women.  Also badmouth you to someone who's considering seeing you,i.e cock blocking. It really shouldn't be too hard to figure all this out.  Except for you, Einstein.

How have you reached that conclusion, with three reviews during less than 12 months here?

Since I don't have admission to the Providers' Only Board (and I assume that you do not yet) I am guessing that you have no idea how many posts about fake or partially untrue reviews providers have received might be posted there.

You obviously do not understand the  original purpose of TER; it was set up by a guy who was tired of rip-off providers.

It takes a lot more for a review to be pulled down than a provider merely saying it is not true. (We all have bad days; a provider might later regret her performance and try to get a review pulled contending it is phony.)  I've communicated with TER over more than 10 years here with both types of fake reviews:

--self-reviews by providers (it took one gal "receiving" ten reviews of 10/10 before TER pulled her profile); and

--abusive reviews by a guy (now often using an alias) of a provider I trust and believe when she tells me that at least part of it is false.

If the escort has done even rudimentary screening, she already knows the guy's real name, address, employment, etc. If she's gonna cause problems, not sure how protecting his ordinary TER handle is going to protect him. OTOH, I agree that this allows us more potential to smear the ladies.

So ... why?

I assume that you are speaking "in theory" since you have posted reviews here for less than two years and "6" was your lowest performance score.  You weren't worried about "repercussions" from the three ladies to whom you gave only 6's?

My thought:  a guy is a "pussy" if he is worried about negative percussions.  If he's so worried he should not post the review.

I have the impression that there are a lot of cheap bastards here who get VIP by posting reviews, not paying.  I've paid during the 11 years I have been a member here.

The problem is the ladies that blast you or blacklist you if you give them a rating less than what they are used to. If that would stop you'd see the end to grade inflation etc....

You have over 1300 posts using that alias in the less than two years that you have been posting here.

If you have been reading Comedy for Dummies, try another book.

Otherwise, please go back to your crayons.  You are contribution nothing.

1)  he is constantly sitting at his computer,

We see providers bitching about alleged fake reviews all the time. Most of them are not alias reviews. In addition, we have reviewers here who have dozens of reviews under their alias. If you compare the alias reviews with handle reviews most of them are still in the same ballpark as far as scoring. Some are lower, but the same alias reviewer may be on par with the next review. There are also plenty of 9's and 10's doled out by alias reviewers.

I recall when this was first made a policy. I thought there would be providers and white knights jumping off bridges and hanging themselves. I see that a few of you have survived.

As far as I am concerned your post is nothing more then an anti alias bitchfest so you can white knight your ass off hoping for some party favors. This was one policy that TER made a good decision on.

Stop your bitching and crying. TER gives an incentive for people to post reviews. It helps get more reviews into the db faster, which in turn helps the guys and gals here. But I wouldn't expect someone like yourself with such a high IQ to figure out that rudimentary strategy.

Let me guess you're the dumbass that pays MSRP for a new car? Yep. Thought so.

And TER allows alias reviews for a reason. But I guess you're now smarter than them too? Unless mommy and daddy named you "Wymen" at birth (which would actually explain your crying AND bitching) you are using an alias as well. Doh!

So here is your opportunity to tell us your real name and address. Throw in a social security number too while you are at it. Shouldn't be a problem for a guy who calls others who protect themselves here pussies, right? We are all waiting.

Here's my advice. Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing and just worry about yourself. More than enough there to keep you busy.

And next time you take your hooker to dinner at McDonald's, no need to pay extra for the free wifi.

Yeah, like I could even stop you. ;)

Dear SexyJaye:

Please contact your local HIPS Chapter for further details.  They will usually have forums to discuss this subject on a quarterly basis.  Also you can discuss this with your national chapter which is located in Nevada which has elaborate rules and regulation regarding this topic.   However you are fair with you wonderful derriere regarding your last comment.

Thats the thing the low scores make the experience sound terrible. I'd like to be nice if I ever decided to review if the provider deserved a good review. The exception is I don't like being too critical. Therefore I wouldn't want to rate my experience by number.

Paying MSRP for a new vehicle? That depends on how popular the vehicle is you want to purchase. The more popular the vehicle is the closer to the MSRP you will pay.

some guys get mad if they think you should offer them a service you just don't offer and will mess with your scoring.  I have heard of guys trying to shove it in raw or make her take CIM if it is not offered while the lady is trying to fight them off, then for trying to keep herself safe she gets benefit of this nasty alias review that sounds truthful because they did visit however scew everything to make it sound bad or nasty.  This happens more often then you think.  We can't dispute it because they visited and can't say that that is not how that person interpreted the date.  It can really mess with the lady though.

Keep in mind gents when reading a review read into the mental process of the person who posted it.  If the person seems seething/cruel/hurtful then likely they are blowing it up into something bigger then it was, trying to hurt that person.  Those types of reviews should be taken with a grain of sand since there is clearly an adjenda

I don't recall ever posting a needlessly slanderous or spiteful alias review though. Vast majority are very very truthful, glowing, and positive reviews because those are the only type I wish to see.

I guess I'll make an exception for a special girl who comes along one of these days to be my one and only review written under this handle but at the moment none exists.  With just 1 review, it'll surely make me look like a newbie but I don't care lo
