Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map
Then you click on it in the character map for the font you are using, it will give you the alt+# to use to make it show up. All kinds of things are in there.

But I have a pretty good hunch that TER owns your handle in fact all of our handles, as they appear on this site.  This might be a question for staff if you really want to know who holds the rights to what.
