Don't know why it's news other than the NYTimes looking for the latest 'art' story.  Women here solve their own problem with a knife, fist or photo.  Sadly they get into more trouble when they are armed.

I'm glad they're so flush with money that they can spend it in a way like this. They might want to address things like their unemployment problems instead.
