Finally some good news, According to IBILL's recent announcement, they will be making a payment to their revsharers.  The original payout date was 12/08/04 but as of today, they claim there's going to be a slight delay.

It sure would be nice. That's hope and pray. I launched my new xxx site July 13th. I received my first check last week. These guys and Charter Bank should be lynched.

They (IBILL) suppose to post another announcement on their site regarding the 12/08/04 payout on Wednesday.  Stay tuned...

Interestingly, they don't mention anything about the October and November payouts! (4 in total that they have missed so far).

It's my understanding that the bank, Charter/First Data can't even be sued for 6 months. It's a good thing that I'm not depending on these funds for my livihood however I would sure like to receive the money my good members have paid for my labor of love. No pun intended. I've asked my recurring members to switch to CC bill and many have. However, not all. That is what worries me. That ibill is going to default and I'll never see that money at all, despite their promises. I find it interesting the First Data's moral stockholders didn't want to do business with Ibill and the adult industry but they have NO moral issues with keeping our money.

That is true.  The problem here is the rebills, many websites are in a way, stuck with IBILL.  To remedy that I think webmasters should setup a new account with CCBILL and divert the new membership payments thru CCBILL and let the rebills remain with IBILL.  This atleast guarantees the new members $$$ is not going to be affected with the IBILL mess.
