That depends. I'd let her take the lead. If she didn't "chat" with him before there is no reason to assume that it's OK to start chatting now because too much can go wrong. A look can be confused with a leer. Comments can be taken the wrong way. It's too easy to end up in the trick bag on this one.

I don't think he knew it was the same girl until she showed up to his door. So that was an honest mistake. Of course now he has to deal with it. He has option. The best approach would be to ignore her. If he keeps booking her, eventually they will become friendlier at the gym once she warms up to him. That's my best guess.

Her friendliness might eventually be misinterpreted by him as she likes me, she really likes me and then shit will hit the fan.

It is alright to do push ups but it not okay to push up.  If you follow that, the hobbyist should be okay.

I remember the gym I use to go to had that leg spreading machine directly in front of, and facing, the exercise bikes. I'd peddle past my 30 minutes when a hot girl got on, but I remember this old guy would jump on sometimes and I'd have to finish early. Nothing like seeing some dude's balls hanging out of his shorts to ruin a workout.

I have few friends that happens to be sex workers that I happen to meet though this hobby. It works because out side of the time I pay for it is 100% platonic. If they wasn't it wouldn't work for me. If I wasn't it likely wouldn't work for them. It isn't something look for but friendship can happen, but everyone setting clear boundaries is vital.
