Truth in Advertising

I have been a hobbyist for 6 months, and what have I learned? Yes, variety is a very good thing, but I think I will stick with one or two providers who are a sure thing. I always look at previous TER reviews for general guidance, but some of the reviews are way too generous. Not on the performance, but on the looks. Normally I like providers in the 30 to 40 year range, but after a number of encounters, I have learned a new form of math.
1) Add 10 years to their so-called posted age range
2) Add 20 to 40, sometimes 60 pounds to their listed weight
3) If their height is posted at 5-8, then it's 5-5.

I have also learned that service and quality are just as important as price, but you get what you pay for. Yes, some of these providers will do all possible to please, but I just want a little more truth in advertising than what I see. Yes, I understand, at the end of the day, the decision to buy or walk rests solely with me. And yes, I have walked out twice. IMO

Focus on identifying the ones in that category who visit the areas that you plan to visit. Pay attention to how they rate a provider that you may be considering. You may end up not feeling the way they did about her, but you will also more than likely not come away feeling that you wasted time.

You are right Gothicman, there are many reviewers that post reliable information. Generally I am happy w/the most of the selections. I guess I should look at in baseball terms. I am probably hitting .750, which ain't a bad batting average. The last reviews of one provider had the description of a "few extra pounds". What's a few extra pounds? Around Thanksgiving & XMAS, that means 10 pounds to me.......not 60. Thank God it wasn't a dinner date.

try joining a dating service!

"my friends say i look like uma thurman" yeah, my friends helen keller and ray charles...

"i'm picky about who i date" i have no idea what i want and will go through at least four distinct personality changes between the front door and the restaurant.

"i need to lose a few pounds" i need to lose a few pounds to get through my front door without buttering my hips...

PUT THE FLAMETHROWER DOWN!!!!! i'm just fooling around :)

Not being disrespectful I must say a couple of things, TER gives us the ability to research who we desire to visit which is a great situation for us and the providers who choose to make their information available here. If not for this we would be looking at poor quality pictures somewhere and reading a sales pitch by the woman in the photo and not have the information that is available here which is the opinion and viewpoint of other guys participating in the same hobby as you, inside information. I'm a big supporter of TER in everyway, a couple of inches in height and a few years difference in age are small things when you consider the services that are available to you.
If you completely research the woman you want to see, the information is here but it does require you to do it.

St. Croix:

You have hit upon the reason for TER's existence. If you
hobby and crave variety, the whole idea IMHO is to use the review to find out which ladies:

a) deliver as advertised;
b) have appearance matching advertisement;
c) will treat you as a decent human being.

The general drill here is:

a) Go to Eros, Cityvibe or whatever provider website you like (BTW, TER also rates these boards);

b) Pick out some ladies you would like to see;

c) Come back to TER and read the reviews of your selections.
  Give particular weight and pay close attention to those
  ladies who have been extensively reviewed by the more
  EXPERIENCED hobbyists here;
d) Do the math. Calculate average appearance/performance
  ratings for each of your selections and rank them in order
  of the calculated ratings;
e) Start dialing until you make a date;
f) Go do the date and have fun;
g) Come back to TER and write a review to get yourself some
  free membership time and help your fellow hobbyists.

I guess what I'm trying to say here is that a hobby, whether it's this one or golf or tennis or whatever, should combine
pleasure, thought, and work. It should give your psyche pleasure, your mind some exercise, and your body a workout.

I used to play golf, but where I live it has gotten even more expensive than this hobby and getting a good weekend tee time...well, its easier to get a date with eros' most exclusive providers. Plus the "donations" for golf here... too rich for me. This is cheaper... and more benficial.

MikeRaps.....

See me response to Gothicman. I am generally pleased w/my selections. It's just a small minority... 25%. And yes, I do the drill, except G. I pay the $20/per month to subscribe, which I assume TER appreciates as they probably need a certain percentage to fund the site for all. To those that post, thank you. The information is generally, and the operative word, spot on.

Re Golf....I live in So Calif. where golf is expensive and also difficult to get a weekend time, but I am too addicted to quit. When I play well it's better than sex (did I just say that), and it lasts 4 hours. Maybe there is a parallel to this hobby. Good times, good friends, and a little exercise.

About Golf....

I do still keep current by going to the range and working out around the putting and chipping greens....

I find I am playing more when I go up to Monterey where my doctor brother has a membership at Coyote Creek CC and he and I play together along with our Dad (83 yrs young and a 10-handicapper)

Dad was, way back in the day (b4 Mom), A HOBBYIST and he knows that I hobby along with my SO and I should catalog some of his adventures in hobbying, esp. when he was overseas in the Far East
after WWII when being a single white man in Asia really meant something.......

A good day on the course (I'm a 14-hdcp) IS like a 4-hour
orgasm with your favorite lady and yes, it can be MUCH better than sex...however, here in the 949 it is EXPENSIVE ($$$$) and
when the courses here started double-and triple-booking weekend
tee times I just got fed up....

BTW, would anybody out there be interested in a Provider/Client
GOLF TOURNAMENT????.....

Just a Thought.....

Same problem in 805, but not anywhere near as expensive and difficult to get on in your neck of the woods.

Provider/Client golf tournament...best idea I have seen on this board in awhile. I'll take an educated guess and say that a fair number of clients are amateur golfers. Las Vegas would be a natural venue for something like this.

The possibilities are endless. Does that mean if I am closest to the pin, I would get something more than a sleeve of balls?

I'm up for it and I think so would some of the hobbyists AND
the providers...

Just think...at every hole, 3 or 4 of our favorite best rated ladies handing out the beer, snacks, etc.....

And just think...closest to the pin gets your balls SLEEVED
by a willing tongue or throat....

In all seriousness, in LV, at say Shadow Creek or the like,
we could do this....the entry fee could be made substantial,
we could ask some of our favorite providers out for a day of
fun, and everyone donates the proceeds to charity...

Like to see the awards banquet and the auction for "dates"...

How many times have I walked through the door and found someone 10-20 years older than purported; not a trace of his earlier athletic endeavours he so eagerly offered; thinning, graying hair/ if there at all; a huge gut; stiff, out-of-shape, not extraordinarily well-educated, successful, etc.....  So why did so many men grossly exaggerate their qualities????

Truth prevails.

Stiff is good as long as it's in the right place.

Heh.....we are the one's buying the service. Providers are advertising their services, and that is the issue. At the end of the day, we both have an option. For you, it's your right to refuse service, and it's my right to purchase or not purchase the service. It's awkward, but sometimes the right thing to do. The good thing, it tends to be the exception and not the rule.

I have quit traveling so I can only really vouch for St. Louis where all the ladies are 25 and none wiegh,except for a few rare exceptions, are more than 150lbs.  Yes the fountain of youth is in St Louis and we have a lower gravity reading so everyone weighs less. True as a buyer I can refuse but once you have nice room and have made arrangements do you want to spend the evening alone?  No
