I was just wondering what people's experiences were with these.  Are they a waste of time, is it all in your head (the up top one), and are there any side effects?  The stuff is expensive but if it'll increase the longevity of my experiences I'm game.

I would masturbate until I was just short of the point of no return, then stop until my erection began to wane, then slowly build up again.

Repeat as many times as you can stand it.

You learn to control your body by understanding it and recognizing the various feelings you have and how to deal with them.

A good tantrika can also perform these exercises with you.  It's a lot more fun, but of course more money.

a fool and his money parts way quickly. Most of this shit doesn't work, other ED drugs. You can simply go to your urologist or GP and get a prescription.

Why are grown men so damn afraid to discuss sex with their doctor?

After having "achieved" the ability to take for-freaking-ever to cum, I (and my wallet - and probably some providers....) would prefer that I had less stamina...  Be careful for what you wish.

You might want to look into SSRIs. There's one called Dapoxetine developed for PE. One aspect of it's use is that it's on demand rather than chronic like most SSRIs. Just means you can take it an hour or two before sex. Unfortunately it hasn't been approved in the states yet.

Another option is Paroxetine (Paxil) which has been tested as more effective for PE than other chronic SSRIs. You have the option of taking it as directed. The doctor will probably recommend a low dose initially, 5 or 10 mg. There have been tests that indicate Paroxetine and other chronic SSIRs are effective on demand, though the latency times are greater than with Dapoxetine. Paroxetine taken 4-5 hours before sex may be useful in preventing PE, 10 - 20 mg dosage. Do research and consult with your doctor. I am not a doctor. ;)

Goes well with the post below on instructions for oral.    What you are looking at here is the after photo of a young, gorgeous woman with six pack abs.   Unfortunately, she fell into the hands, or rather the mouth, of a drop-out from the Muff Diving Vocational Academy.

This is what her vagina looked like after one hour of sucking and biting.    Note that the sucking literally sucked the life out of her and aged her about 60 years.  This is why oral should be left to highly skilled technicians who keep asking how to do it on these boards.

You can learn to control your body. MrFisher laid it out in simple terms. For a step by step guide on how to do it, google:

"How to make love all night.." by Barbara Keesling.

It takes some time, but you can learn to control when you cum.
