Think with your brain: don't use lambskin condoms

was totally horrified to hear about a provider who advertises on eros who thinks lambskin condoms are safe... they sure feel nice, that doesn't make them safe. Naturalamb and other skin brands warn that they do not prevent STDs, including HIV transmission. HIV virus particles can seep through the pores in the condom material. ONLY use latex or polyurethane condoms unless your idea of a good time is playing in rush hour traffic.

Couldn't believe it, provider I saw last night told me she has seen several guys who want to go without anything -latex,lambskin, or otherwise.

This really floored me, I didn't imagine that this was possible. She said most of these are married men who aren't used to it. I guess the dudes are lucky that they were just made to put one on and that they were not just thrown out.

I have never even seen lambskin condoms on sale anywhere, then again I have never really looked.

Choose your preferred form of death.  Risk yourself and all of the world.

And just when I thought I knew everything about sex...

WTF is a "lambskin condom?"

It that like one of those little fuzzy rugs you toss on the floor in the winter to keep your feet warm?

Do they make real little ones you boys can wrap around your weenies to keep them warm when you encounter a frigid partner?

Giggle,
TS Jamie :-)

made from the lamb's intestines, ummm yummy.

The problem is that while they will stop sperm, they are too porous to catch HIV viruses, so they are not recommended for safe sex.

Either there really is a generation gap, or you need to get out more.  Next time you go to Target or any drug store, just browse a little bit and you'll see them (I think in a black foil wrapper).

Now, even I am too young to have really spent much time with them (I'm mover 50), because they are quite a bit more expensive.  But they were the dominant type up until maybe the 1940's.  But I certainly gave them a try as I sought an alternative to the tyranny of the latex condom (with no success).

It must be long past the expiration date by now.

Besides, I thought the original condom was a sock.

Polyurethane is the better choice... I recently tried Trojan 'extra thin' or whatever it is (with a civvie ex..), all it does is extra choke you up;.. I recommend sticking with polyurethane
