I thought I'd mention a few tips (at least from my experience and preference) for providers that work for me ...

1.) I had a provider yesterday who at the end of the session was attempting a bbbjcim completion.  Being an old geezer I need a lot of stimulation at the end (not at the beginning of the session when I am fighting premature E.)  She was working very hard with lips and tongue and head bobbing, but it just wasn't happening.  So I reached down with both hands and while she did that I began squeezing my own jewels.  I popped 10-15 seconds later.  I think some providers overlook the jewels as sources of arousal -- or are afraid to put too much pressure on them.   Obviously you don't want to harm the little fellows, but they can take some pressure.  So if you have a client that you are trying to finish with a bang, don't be afraid to squeeze them puppies.

2.) In a similar vein, during a lull in a longer session, perhaps both catching your breath, if you happen to be side by side with the gent, you can reach your arm down his torso so that your wrist rests on his member and your fingers cup his jewels.  Simultaneously massage the jewels (not so much pressure as above) while sliding the wrist up and down on the entire length of his shaft.  This really feels good and keeps him hard as a rock.

I am with fishbro here, my jewels are very sensitive and what one guy might consider "gentle squeezing" others of us would call trying to make "scrambled eggs.
