yes, there is a fake cop running around who steals money from the girls and makes you give him a massage for free. he was in the san diego area last year, and he is harmless as far as criminals go. but a nuisance. suggest getting a digital camara that is in a clock from a surveilence place and forwarding his pictures anonymously to the police.
