I sometimes come across escort ad's that do not seem legit, but they state No AA, or No Blk, etc.  If the ad was being used as a police sting, would stating No AA or No blk clients, etc. be considered discriminatory and therefore be illegal?

Yes, it might be discriminating, but it is not illegal. Sex for money is illegal and that is the original intent for the sting.

If LE is doing a sting using escort ads, wouldn't they try to make the escort ad seem as real as possible? Since so many BP ads say "no AA" why wouldn't LE put that in their ads? Sure somebody can make a case that they are targeting certain ethnicities, which is discrimination, which is illegal, but when johns are arrested in a sting the damage is usually done with the arrest. It doesn't really matter if you win the case later because the ad that enticed you was discriminating.  

If LE really is "targeting certain ethnicities" by putting "no AA" in their ads, the ethnicity they're targeting would seem to be white people, Asians and Latinos.  They certainly aren't targeting blacks for a prostitution bust because they're telling none of them to show up.

Damage already done is a great point.  Just looking for a loophole when I see a tempting ad!

Maybe they can argue that since black people already make up such inordinate percentage of our prison population they can give them a pass to fuck hookers. Besides "everybody" knows black guys are always the pimps and never the johns, Do I have to teach you everything??? lmao

They ARE targeting certain ethnicities, by eliminating certain ethnicities. I never said they were targeting minorities.
Anyway my point was that I am pretty sure that placing sting ads like that would probably be declared illegal/unconstitutional, if someone gets busted and decides to fight it all the way, but I certainly don't see that possibility preventing LE from placing those types of ads anyway. (Especially in certain jurisdictions.)

An LE sting BP ad that says no AA would discriminate against whites (target them for arrest.)  Good luck contesting in court about discrimination against whites.
