We have a great girl who is starting with us next week. She a Spanish girl who is very pretty and quite accomadating. A total GFE. However, she speaks English with a heavy accent and does not make much conversation while in session. She is very good, but Im not sure she will get requests because of the language barrier. How do you guys feel about this? If the girl is a good provider is conversation that important?

Don't know what the demographics of your customer base are, but some guys may be fine with that.  In general, though, I would think that there will be three general categories of guys...guys who really like conversation, guys who don't need it, and guys who need "some" to break the ice.  That is two out of three that could use conversation, so it may be an issue.

Ah but people still communicate on non-verbal levels.  I think I would be ok if that non-verbal communication makes for a comfortable or sensual environment.

Only had one, and it was kind of cute.  She was a sweet and very attractive girl.  We could communicate fairly well.  Wouldn't do a regular diet of it, but once in a while, it's fun.

Besides, isn't that one reason we see providers instead of dating civies? Not to have to talk afterwards??

judgeing by the rest of the pic's of your girls, I would say she must be knock-out!!!!

It really depends on the client. I enjoy speaking to a girl for a bit....tell her to keep working on her english, I'm sure she will do just fine......

See my posts below for the wacky coincidences this afternoon with the posts on this board.  Now another.  What did I do today?  Just came back from buying an English-Spanish dictionary and looking at learning-Spanish software, and that after having hunted on the internet for hand-held talking Spanish translators.
 Why?  Because the seniorita I visited with in Tijuana a few days ago speaks almost no ingles. Had to resort to hand signals a few times.  (Sort of felt like one of those guys with the flags on aircraft carriers.)  So I'm thinking, can I buy a hand-held that talks for me....."Por favor, usted hacer perrito?"
 I am aware that free translation is available on the internet (e.g.,  http://babelfish.altavista.com ), but carrying a notebook computer around is not practical.
 Advice please:  can any of you folks recommend a dedicated talking hand-held translator.....or a way to program a hand-held device to do the same?  Mucho gracias.

If she is very pretty and as accomdating as you say, she'll be appreciated even without much English knowledge.  

But I've experienced a few foreign girls, where we had questions for each other and simply couldn't communicate. This is kind of frustrating when you wish you could clearly communicate verbally with an interesting person.

Teach her a lot of basic English for the trade. Have her ask you about English phrases clients use that she didn't understand. And as mentioned, get her in classes - it will be good for her and business.

I don't talk muchre ally, however, if a hobbyist if fully aware, the session should be great, the language of love includes all the continents.

She is not there to talk and unless she doesn't understand BJ, Doggie, Greek, or whatever her personal style is... If she can kiss and is a hottie... I am sure no one is gonna care unless he is the type that needs dirty talk to get in 'willie' working. I say put her to work. As a former Speech Pathologist, I would trade services with her (the agency) and let me tell you right now, her prounuciation of the vowel sounds is the key. English and in particular American English has so many variation in the vowels that its a wonder that anyone foreign born can string together more than a couple of words.

The issue isn't her English!!!!  What counts is her Greek, Russian, French, and Asian SKILLS/LANGUAGES!!!!  DUH!!  She could babble incoherent gibberish or make jungle noises for all I care.

and Mexican girls in TJ (I speak a little bit of spanish)
who didn't speak english.

I had a GF who used to speak Spanish to me every now and then during sex (and I don't mean "Yo quiero Taco Bell"), and it was HOT!  Unfortunately (and you are gonna love this one, CM), she was kinda psycho, too, but our chemistry was volcanic.

She just might get more business rather than less.  The focus will be on the session itself rather than chit chattin away.
