you are about as far off in your comprehension of what I said as a person can be.
The women need to be tough, as in savvy, independent minded, knowing how to contol a situation, think on their feet, understand how to read guys and assess risk and take strong action when the risk is perceived in a situation.
Guys need to respect ladies AND respect themselves. For example, if a lady blows a guy off on several attempted dates, the guy should just move on rather than wringing his hands about this one particular lady and wondering what HE may have done wrong. The guy isn't always in the wrong as some might lead you to believe. I've seen lots of posts on these boards with guys who have so much self doubt in their own judgement. Having confidence in yourself and your ability to interact with others is critical in all walks of life. I'm hardly the most confident person, yet some of the extreme self-doubt as expressed by some guys on occasion here just does not represent a healthy way of being to live a well-adjusted life.
