Maybe the member submitted the review, had a minor glitch or ommission that TER Staff required he adjust/fix before they would post it. If it took him a couple of tries and some time passed, well, maybe it got posted and is just automatically noted as "new." Of course, the mere fact that you and I even care about this makes us "TER NUTS OF THE MONTH" MA
It's NEW in that it's NEW to her Profile Page. He shouldn't (and won't unless there's a screw-up) receive any VIP credit since the meeting is not within the last three months, but the review still has value and should still be flagged "new" since it just went up.
The review will show as "new" if it's newly posted to the profile. The month shown is irrelevant regarding whether the review is "new". That refers to the time when the encounter happened.
As indicated previously, the review might have had glitches that prevented approval. It also might be that the reviewer, for whatever reason(s), just waited an extraordinary long time to submit a review.
I had a review denied as "too old," yet I've seen others that were older show up as approved.
