I've never gone uncovered with a regular. However, I don't consider the cover (or lack thereof) to be what determines if we have become 'real lovers'. More likely, a removal of the donation and the sexual expectations attached to it.

I won't rant about the health risks, but I do think you should seriously sleep on it. You alluded to both of you having other friends and that doctor can't assure you she isn't bonking them uncovered.

Let's be serious!  While we should all be intelligent enough to know the need for protected sex, it would be next to impossible to prove who gave who an STD!  Especially when the two people involved must admit they BOTH have had multiple partners.  Makes an even stronger case for protected sex.

Who can you REALLY trust in this world, when it comes to your health and safety?

"sharing" the same doctor, aren't you already exposed from the three-way between you, her and the doctor?  If she does the doctor, and then the doctor and you do whatever it is you do, you are still exposed to whatever she might already have.

that your ATF provider is now your lover/love interest and you can share OTC together, i believe it's a wonderful thing and i'm sure it happens in this hobby/industry.  As for you both going "uncover", if you for sure she is your exclusively and you're fine with it, then by all means.  But if you feel that you have to be covered no matter what, just tell her that.

be safe, and have fun on your both vacation together.

I can hear those words now LOL I know it's called "The Stripper Retirement Plan", but I'm sure it works for escorts also.

Having almost paid off my back child support at the rate of $200/week the last thing I want is to sign up for 18 more years. That's going to be an extra $9600 a year I can spend on hookers if I choose.

I'd say don't do it. Unless you are all getting tested together and share your results and have exclusive sex within the group (inviting no one else) but even still can you really trust that no one would stray?
Condoms aren't 100% effective ... So even if one did stray outside with safe use something could be contracted. I'd recommend to always use a condom... even if you are a regular that has become a real lover. Just to stay safer.

On a side note, I consider all the people I see to be real lovers and still always insist on condom use with them regardless of exclusivity.

Privacy Act. She can sue the balls off of that doctor. I am asking. How is this guy getting medical information other than from the escort? Either way, no one should trust anyone with multiple partners, even with papers, that insists upon unprotected sex. Something is very wrong here.
