just moved to a new area and have had some "dates" in the past but am a little leery about seeing a new gal in my new area. I have done some research about the girls on NNL and found a couple that seem nice. They both have websites and have been reviewed on TER. But, one mentioned $ (just for rates) in her email. Now the reviewers of these girls have reviewed many other women as well. Any advice because I'm torn between the two. The one who mentioned $ has an outcall location, which I prefer, but the other who didn't mention $ is incall only, which I do not prefer.
It'll be a little difficult to offer advice, since you've given no info on the providers.
As far as a provider offering an outcall location, I'm not sure what you mean. OUTCALL means the provider comes to your location, be it your house, apartment or hotel room. INCALL means you go to her.
Perhaps you should check out the Newbie board
A good piece of advice that I've received from many hobbyists on TER is to see ladies who are well reviewed (several reviews at least) by hobbyists who have written a good number of reviews. You might also consider sending the reviewers a primate message asking them specifically about the ladies to find out more about them.
