With the apparent loss of some of the TER SPOTY candidates it has become apparent to this member that the board is in dire need of some new posters to take over for the losses.

As for the boys club, as Groucho said, I wouldn't want to belong to any club that would accept me as a member (although we both belonged to Hillcrest).  You and GaG have fun in the club.

 Perhaps TERAdmin would consider offering some of those tossed from the site (or gagged at the moment  LOL) back on as a Christmas present.  
   
 I echo that the boards are a much more entertaining place with a more diverse group of posters.  
   
 I'd hate to see this devolve back into the Oprah board again.  That was really really lame and boring    
   
 Oh...yeah to the number of gals as members of the "boys club".  They do have to wear a strap-on at the meetings however!!

I agree with Doc Who and GaG that it appears that you kicked off the most recent pinata. (for a second time I might add, or is it the third already?) Doesn't seem like anyone chased him away. I also agree that there are a bunch of gals in that so called "boys club."

Hey Admin, there's another Pinata it appears was just disposed of. You know. The one who had a fondness for posting vile replies, nasty pm's to guys and had leaky Depends. So there's been at least two recently who were involuntarily disposed of. Maybe a third?

and you obviously don't have much knowledge when it comes to board dynamics. No one is being chased off the boards. Some posters simply don't know how to fit in and for every poster with an ego issue there is one who needs to dominated. The rest just vary in between the two.
