Looking at your pictures +/-  five lbs you would still have a great body to match your face.
As for you saying it it I show it is said.  
I know that while I am still too heavy I am lighter today because tomorrow I am going to see a provider. I have found it great when an ATF noticed a weight loss but find it demeaning if it is a gratuitous statement, therefore it is a slippery conversation subject.
I have seen a couple of providers that started training routines with personal trainers and get the "what do you think?"
Answer is "keep it up whatever it is " because they are proud of what they have done and have done a lot of hard work to get there or stay there

In the service business you can either chalk it up to "this is why he has to pay for it" or you can tell him to "fuck off" and not subject yourself to his "charms" I guess it all depends on how offended you are and how badly you need him as a client. All people in the service business have to eat shit every now and then, not just hookers. Of course "non hookers" don't have to get intimate with assholes,but OTOH they don't charge hundreds of dollars an hour either.
