Under your cnn.com, your Excel spreadsheet, or under a deposition?

I throw my body over the screen when my boss passes by and just look like I'm cleaning the monitor with the front of my shirt.

Another web page.  Usually a Macintosh related one.  With a simple key combo (CMD ~) that one jumps in front instantly.

Apart from the obvious...it reminds me of a time, not that long ago, when I was waiting for the plane to take off and the guy next to me opened up his laptop to a series of TER reviews for escorts in the city we were about to fly off to.....

The "favorite" states, "SI-Baseball".  But, how do I get the link to go to SI first before the TER homepage?  PM me please.

Hey Bodhi-

Are you an agent of the Law?

or a luckless pedestrian?

I know you're out there with rage in your eyes and your megaphones....

Just another Sully Dan fan....

When at work there is usually an excel worksheet within clicking distance.  What I hate, is when I click on another window to "cover up" TER, and I end up clicking on some lovely provider's web page that I had been perusing, causing me to scramble to find a less provactive window to!  And why does it happen when I am least prepared???  Ah, the dangers of leaving 20+ windows open at a time.

There's only one bank of computers at work that get the internet, and they are all upstairs away from office traffic and curious eyes.  The pathetic things operate on Windows 95.  These days only two of them are working, and one of those seems to be dying of a virus.   So there is only one machine there for free employee use, and usually I'm the only one up there on my lunch.

If I try to open up two windows at a time, the whole thing is liable to freeze.  So, I don't hide my TER page under anything, I just minimize the window if I hear the stairwell door opening, and close it if the footsteps come my direction.

At home it's not necessary.  I'm single.  My roomates know about my interests.

Would require to much judgement for me.

Too easy for someone to examine the logs to see where I have been.
