At first I was agreeing with you 40 Watt but after thinking about it I have to say I disagree with you. I'd like to know what provider's do offer it so I can stay way clear of them.

Amen to that, but my point is the passage of time, and hygiene do wonders to fix the problem.  I wouldn't drink coffee from a cup that hadn't been washed, but I start every day with a (clean) cup of the stuff.
