Are we grounded ? I have like 34565343434 pm's to reply to and my send button is lost? Can we please have our send button back in TERville? Thank you..

I see the send button at the bottom of the text box when I am replying to a message that has been sent to me.  Not sure what is wrong with yours but if you have access to more than one computer try it on another computer.  I guess that's easy for me to say since I'm surrounded by six different computers right now.

They belong to my children...

And they won't reply for you?  Kids these days.  Just kidding.


 Yeah, but who paid for them? Surely, your progeny would not hesitate to show there undying gratitude for all you've done on their behalf. If you don't have similar problems on one of their "puters", the fault my lie with your OS. Mr. Info had the correct advice.

Email TER with the specifics so they can look
into it.  Windows XP (with latest service pack
updates) and IE work fine.

For the short term, log into classic TER (you can
access it from the home page) and work from
there.

I had the same thing happen to me and my XP is up to date . I just use the Classic . The only thing I like about the New TER is the added search with numbers of reviews.

Ciara you probably already tried this, but if not I thought I would mention it. When I respond to a pm there is no send button on the message. However, if I click and hold on the bottom of the message box and pull it down a little the send button then appears. The message box is just to small with my computer settings to show the send button, but it is there.

Just send me a pm if you have any trouble (just kidding).
