you will probably always be able to come up with cash for an hour or two of fun here and there, but it's not every day you may come upon a nice lump of dough to spend on entertainment.
I recommend you buy something fun you normally wouldn't shell out for; or take a cool trip with someone that you can fondly look back on through your photos. It will be something concrete to show for it all. My 2 cents.

... which it might not, and that you're really looking for a way to apply Jeremy Bentham's "hedonic calculus" to the issue.  There are two problems with this approach:

    (1) You're really asking for a valuation of number of orgasms and greater variety (9x11x17) versus lower number of orgasms and lesser (but still satisfactory) variety with longer duration of total experience (5x16x12).  The answer, of course, depends on how you value each of these qualities.  Bentham, by the way, recommended differentiating the intensity of disparate pleasures by finding fellows who had had both sorts of experiences, and asking them which they preferred.

    (2) Arithmetic almost, but not quite, takes the fun out of pussy, don't it?

That's exactly what the post was about.  I was curious who would comment on the quality versus the quantity.  Very perceptive.

I find myself tending towards longer and higher quality experiences and have been finding them most enjoyable, even though the amount of coffee consumed, is about the same. But the difference is that evenings can be savored, rather than gulped and the aroma of these finely crafted evenings lingers on.
