1.) He’s alive but the heart attack is severe. Do you
a.) call 911, give him an aspirin, and perform CPR because you’ve got your Red Cross card?
b.) call 911, give him an aspirin and split before the paramedics show?

d.) GTF outt’a there.

2.) He’s died in the saddle. Do you
a.) call 911 and split
b.) call 911 and stick around?

Yep you betcha. Done it before, not in the hobby, but it happened when I was working.  Had to do CPR forever till ambulance came. Not easy to do CPR for that long.

2.) He’s died in the saddle.

Call 911 and stick around. Of course. I have nothing to hide, and I would like to make sure that his family knew what happened, and that he wasn't murdered. Incall or outcall makes no difference. We are all people, we all have families, and I would hope that if this happened, that we would know how to be discreet but responsible.  

Yes, I would stick around. I don't lie to my friends or family, so I have nothing to hide either.  I do know CPR and have used it, but not in this scenario.  I don't have a red cross card.

I would definitely try to save this person, and definitely would not abandon him dead or alive.

And if either of you croak while we're together, I'll hold your cooling body to my heart until the ambulance comes and takes you to the angels.

Of course I'd do everything I could to keep him alive before the ambulance got there.  Also, if I was in a hotel, I would call the front desk on the inhouse phone and 911 (or 000 to us) on my mobile.  I would be surprised if the hotel, ambulance, police etc would have any interest whatsovever in my identity, and if they did, I would give it to them.  And yes, if he did die I would let them pass my details on to his wife if she requested them.  I wouldn't think it strange if she wanted details of how he spent his last few hours.  I know I would.

Tell them you were my girlfriend.  I ask this, Emma, because they'd like you quite a bit and would be so proud of me.  And by all means tell them I died in the saddle.  I don't think you'll get roped into going to the funeral.  But there'd be some great food there if you wanted to go.  My older sister is the one who'll ask you the gritty details.  For god's sake tell her.  (And if my little brother, aged 43, asks you to pull his finger...don't do it.)

of course I would water it down somewhat.  Eg:  I would tell the SO that I had never met him before and that we met that day in the bar downstairs, at a conference or whatever.  I do understand that women are terribly hurt by knowledge of their SO's emotional, rather than sexual infidelity.  So I would do my best to make it sound like it was just a mindless, opportunistic shag.  And I would delete any mention of $$$'s lest she find that too difficult to accept.

I'm in Vegas with a hot lady. I get chest pains, it's a Sunday afternoon. I tell her to pack her bag, head out for the airport, and on the way out of the hotel, once she's in the cab line, call 911.
As much as she's willing to say and help, I don't want her here when the paramedics arrive. It would kill my wife and kids. Waddayathink?

As someone who recognized I was having a heart attack while in an uncompromising situation, I would not want my wife to know the details if at all possible. That thought kept crossing my mind as I laid in the ER.

an alternative would be for her to toss on clothes and stuff in bag set outside open door where u had started to hall for help
thus she would appear to have just happened on the scene at the right time

hadn't looked at it from that perspective, but I can see the wisdom.

As someone who'll be that age in less than a decade, I'm not sure I like the idea of 50 being the demarcation line for worrying about dropping dead from the exertion of a little extracurricular exercise.

If you're having a heart attack you won't be too concerned if the wife finds out - call 911 immediately; been there, done that, have the stent to show for it.

I have a 70 year old client who would put your average 25 year old to shame.  The guy is amazing.....purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
