1. The picture needs to be hosted (not on your
local computer) in order for you to link to it.
If it is on your computer, go to the below link
to upload your picuture.  After you upload it,
the site will give you the picture link.

2. If the picture is already somewhere on the web
then you can get the link by moving the cursor
over it, righ clicking, and selecting properties.
The properties display will show the link which
you can cut and past into the text box. This
is for Internet Explorer.
