Can't do it legaly in Vegas or Reno, the two largest counties in NV. The closest to vegas is about 1 hour away (I think it is the chicken ranch). In Reno, the ranches are a few minutes north of town, just across the county line.

The link below is exclusivly about legal prostitution. If brothels haven't changed in 10 years, then the expectations are totally different than with escorts. Since you are a newbie, you won't notice much. Just do your research. In the Brothels:
1) Everything is negotitated.
2) One cup is standard unless you negotiate otherwise.

With escorts:
