I would but give her a little bit (w/o the agency knowing) since she is sacrificing her time and won't make any money for the hour. I would call the agency up and let them know that they had done you and the girl a disservice as it is humiliating for a man to look at a girl and tell her that she isn't what he expected. She is still willing to please you ...agency girls receive very little money and have to work 3x as hard as an independant so I feel sorry for them.

Yeah, the providor should look as good as her pictures.  If the pictures look better, their has been a lot of effort to make them look so, or they are old.  In either case their has been a measure of dishonesty of her part.  For $300.00 plus an hour a providor should look smoking!

3 or 4 years ago, I was in London on a business trip.  Feeling horny and bored, I picked out an escort from the yellowpages (bad idea) and the woman had me take a taxi to her place.  
I walk in and I see this 50+ year old woman who looked like she had a face lift, so she looked like a mummy.  But she had a nice ass.  I was pretty grossed out and was trying to think of some excuse to leave.
She ground her butt into my pelvis, "come on baby, I'll give you a good time".  When she realized I wasn't going to stay, she got really pissed.
I was afraid she might hit me or worse, so I gave her 20 pounds to appease her and left as quickly as I could.  

Including the taxi to and from, I think I spent about 50 pounds on that unsavory encounter.

But it was sort of an interesting experience -- albeit not one I'd want to repeat. .
