Just curious if anyone regularly collects “mementos” from an encounter.  The reason I ask is I plan on seeing a well known porn star soon and thought that I would ask her for a pair of her panties to keep for a souvenir.  I decided against it because it would be much too dangerous to have something so incriminating around for my SO to find.  For a while I kept in my palm pilot an account of each encounter I have had but I decided to erase it one day after my SO picked up my PDA and turned it on.
So if you are a collecter what do you collect?

Nothing you can collect will be as good a "momento" of your encounter as your own memory.
With the added benefit that you can relive it any time, any where, and no one will know.

Besides annoying clients, I collect antique dishtowels and Smurfs glasses.

How many of your clients leave these for you?

OK, I probably should say something sweet or snide, but.....

I do.  What I take depends on my mood.

Handprints in masking tape
A label peeled off a beer bottle
Pink cocktail umbrellas
Random playing card
Gum cut from my own hair
Print of baby God
Clothespin
Blue and pink flowered cloisonne bracelet
Individually wrapped hand wipe from Vegas casino

Some ideas I have no trouble disposing of.  I just don't get this one.

I haven't thought of doing it personally, nor would I do it for the basis of strictly "collecting", like I might collect coins or stamps.  In your case, getting a memento of the encounter I wouldn't classify as "collecting".  You're desiring to keep something tangible from an experience, in this instance, a rendezvous with a porn star.  I have personally had photos taken with 3 female adult entertainers when they were performing at strip clubs in Kansas City.  If it's what you want, I say, "Go for it!".

Ironically, the word "hobby" is used to describe this lifestyle, and when I hear "hobby", I usually think of it as "collecting" something.  With that in mind, I guess all of us guys in this "hobby" are "collecting" pussy.

Ok; I'm a hopless romantic at heart and have gone so far as to save the original scratch paper I wrote the appointment time and directions to my ATF on over a year ago. I have also saved several phone messages, put all my reviews to "hard-drive" and have saved every number of a lady I have seen to my Cell phone "phonebook". Obviously I have no SO to worry about but my electronic information and communication devices sure could indict me if accessed.

It depends on the lady I'm with.  I don't have many mementos (even though the special edition DVD is cool) from sessions with providers but I will sometimes ask to take Polaroids or occasionally ask to videotape the session.

I also have a scrapbook of trolley, subway, plane/train receipts, escort cards from Vegas, strange photos of the cities I travel to, and of course my reviews, which instantly turn me on.

focus on the present, and not spend too much time on wasteful emotions.
