MSOG definition

I may be showing my age here, but I seem to remember (and this was back in the 90s) when the "OG" in MSOG meant "One Gift", as commonly used in the a.s.p.d newsgroup. When did this become "On Goal"? Maybe my memory is just plain failing me all together, in which case I'm REALLY showing my age *G*
