I was just wondering if there is a  certain time of the day to see a provider,like earlier on the day or better later on  and why?,what do you guys think?

After work to relax but still enough time before bed to reminisce!

Just my opinion.

Mid day for me.

Gives me time to go home after work to shower and change clothes, and gets me in bed at a decent hour...

That is my favorite window !

If I have a. Weekday off then I'll say 1-3pm. If I don't then 8pm

I like afternoon playtime, gives me enough time to get some work done before and I make it home by 6 or 7.

I like the morning as it is a great way to start the day and then I am more likely to be the first appointment for the provider and I think they are less likely to be burned out from the day.  

I like 8-9 PM, I link the anticipation of any encounter to build all day long

I hate that feeling before seeig a provider where theres butterflies in my stomach. Having the session later in the day helps with taking some of the pressure off. Prefer 2-3 hours after dinner.

I never understood the mindset early in the morning is first appointment of the day. You can be the last person they are seeing if they worked all night. I prefer 6pm right after work.
