The reason,  A provider told me is. Is back when Toronto was being founded the settlers could not get women to come over, so they brought over great looking prostitutes and generations later the tradition continues. She also told me the completion is second to none up there. Many beautiful women providing.    Anyone add to that or say it is bogus?

...and while I agree there are an over abundance of hot ladies who call Toronto home, I question the claim it's the "best". What is this the criteria being used to support it? I suspect you'll get many varying opinions on how one would determine it. I can think of several other cities, who could make the same claim.

are you talking about the Algonquin Indians?  They were mostly in the Northeastern areas.

lol -- while I suspect you know exactly which group the poster was refering to that was pretty good.

But the fact that Canada has reasonable attitudes toward " escorts " might also be a factor .

and if you put the appropriate adjective in, no one will ever wonder which kind you are talking about.  There are casino Indians and software Indians.
