A few days earlier we had a post asking about what constitutes a deal-breaker in a provider profile.
Turning the question around, what constitutes a tie-breaker, for hobbyists, between two or more providers?
You're torn between two providers. Each has a long history of excellent reviews in terms of both appearance and performance. Each excites the appropriate hobbyist fantsty you harbor. Each is the same in the donation expected. Each provides the same menu of services.
So, what's the final measure in the balance? A history of clever and interesting posting? Pics with unusual and provaocative poses? An interesting web site? A schedule which meshes perfectly with yours? A reputation as a excellent conversationalist? Or having a good sense of humor, etc... Do you flip a coin? Do you bag both of them and look at other possibilities?

On a trip to Detroit, I really wanted to see a particular lady and her friend, but then noticed another who really caught my eye. Now, I had a triple dilemma. With limited funds, I wound up forgoing the duo, tacking an extra day onto my trip, and seeing the original lady by herself and the second one two days later. I slept well on the flight home.
that would defeat the purpose of your question. ALL things being equal, I'd make the decision by something arbitrary and capricious such as Hair Color or Height.
I will not say which color of hair or how tall because I do not want this post held against me by any provider in the future. 
I will say that I would see the other next time.
THE ONE WITH THE BIGGEST TITS
Last week after a rocky start in Vegas I was whining in chat and one of the locals ended up commiserating with me in private. This particular lady only does CBJ, which is way up there on my deal breaker list, but she was so upbeat and fun in chat (along with stellar reviews) that I had a great feeling about how she would be in person. It's difficult to get "personality" across on a web site. Worked out great for me.

If I came across two gals that met all of my criteria for what I look for I would just see them both. In fact, I currently have two favs that are as similar as they are different. I wouldn't dream of picking one over the other...Isn't that why we do this?
The easy answer is to say, "See them both." But what if you are traveling and have limited time. Or what if they are both traveling to your area and you only have one day available at that time. Then, you have to make a decision.
For me, all other things physical, menu, and review history being similar, it would probably come down to signs of intelligence and a sense of humor. Posts on the boards, or a well prepared web site could tip the balance. Any initial interaction we may have while trying to arrange the date could be crucial.
Sense of humor would probably seal it. If you are going to be with me, you had better be able to see the humor in life. Besides, if you can't laugh in bed while naked with someone, after just being deeply intimate, then there is something wrong.
If I email a provider and they take longer than a couple of days to respond I tend to move on...so all things being equal she who answers first answers best...
my initial email. I send more than one paragraph, figuring being upfront will let her know I am serious. Whichever lady responds better to the interests I mention in the email will be the one I pursue first. I almost always do multiple hours so I figure if she puts some effort into the email, I won't be risking the time being a one-way conversation.
That way you can compare them side-by-side.
Assuming looks and performance are relatively equal, and neither has any dealbreakers, I would go for the following tiebreakers-
1-If both are under 40 years old, I go for the older lady
2-Since I generally take sessions longer than one hour, I go with the lady who has a better personality, and who is a better conversationalist.
I go with the one that:
1. Doesn't use Rare-escort.
2. Has the more intelligent writing on her site.
3. Looks the best in stockings. (If one pic had stockings and the other didn't, there'd be no tie.)
