How do you determine if a provider will provide pegging? How do I ask for it in my e-mails to her. Thanks.
Well, one...read her reviews and website. There are many providers that specialise in that and the 'Domme' side of things. Other than that, don't ask her in an email. That will surely guarentee no response. If I knew what area you're in I could maybe let you know who in your area does that.
