For some reasons I thought I heard it happens when women having sex with the same man and not having to hang out together.

Yes technically 28 but of course it never works out at 28 100% of the time. Taken into consideration both plus and minus variation they all "average" out roughly the first week or so of the month.

Yes like you said it almost never synch-ed exactly so the worst I ever have to go without is 5-6 days max.
