I have been gone for over 2 years and am starting back into the hobby. I have lived in Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Philly. They all have some things in common. I have been catching up on all of this chat stuff and realize that I do not see many of the ladies that I use to see.

Now onto your question... For me it is not about the  $$$ & sex. I would rather have a slight relationship with the other person versus a standard business deal. Now don't get me wrong, I have done many TOFTT sessions and am batting around a 50\50, but I usually prefer the relationship. Now some men do not care about that and to them it is no big deal if they miss the meeting.

I have still yet to miss a meeting and very few times have I been late. But that is just my anal nature.

I suspect that at least part of it can be attributed to guys contacting several ladies at the same time then eventually picking from the ones who respond.  I am given to believe that this can be a pretty common practise.

Men who write you for information (as long as its not plainly listed on your website) and do not follow through by seeing you are doing NOTHING wrong. It's called shopping for the best value. This is a business, plain and simple. We have the right to look for the best bang (pun intended) for our buck. I may not have liked your rates or where your incall place was located or the fact that you were only available after 6PM. There are many reasons why I do not follow up after receiving initial informaiton. It's all part of your business requirements, you have to put up with answering a lot of E-mails and phone calls in order to set up a few appointments. It goes with the territory of being a provider. Yes, it would be nice if every informational E-mail you send out results in seeing that client, but that is not reality.

The only men you can criticize are the ones who do not show up for actual scheduled appointments (as you may have booked another gentleman instead) This goes directly to your economic bottom line.  


But this whole hobby is strictly about sex and money. What is the complaint? I use the provider for sex, she uses me for money. It's pure business, it will never be anything more.

Besides, if I wanted to masturbate, I certainly dont need to look at a providers website (besides, most of them provde tasteful PG photos that reveal nothing anyway).. I can find a million other sites that would get me off.

a few years have given me the experience to spot them coming (or not coming) but to this day, i have no clue why they do it.

In my civvie life, I am a very prompt person and if I am going to be late for a meeting or if I'm going to miss a meeting, I call and let them know that.  I treat the hobby the same way. I realize that the provider has scheduled me and she is expecting that I attend the appointment.  I"ve only cancelled one time in the hobby so far, but I called her and told her the reason(there was a tornado warning issued in  the area I was going to be driving to see her). On the other hand, I had one provider cancel on me 15 minutes before the start time after I had already driven 3.5 hours just to see her.   I don't think the hobby is just about sex and $$$$, we are all people and should be treated respectfully.

For every inconsiderate asshole who no calls/no shows, there is some equally inconsiderate, flaky provider who does the same. It's no a man/woman thing, it's just a human thing. Some people are just inconsiderate assholes, both men and women.

I am sure a no show customer is just as annoying as a no-show provider.

Well, my guess is that this hobby attracts people from all kinds of different backgrounds. Some may be  simply flaky and don't really know what they want, others might change their minds last minute b/c of the LE scares or wife scares or religious scares or whatever.

I concur with some of the other writers but I want to expand one of the thoughts that I read.

Many times I have only a short window of time to see a lady. Most of the providers I call do not answer their phone but seem to prefer to return their calls in their own time which is certainly their prerogative. However, if I am going to see someone, time is not a luxury I enjoy.

Consequently, I may call two or three providers and leave them a message hoping to get a call back. Because I have no idea if they are in session or if they will call me back, I tell them my situation. Then I usually book with the first lady who returns my call.

I have had providers call me hours later or even the next day and say "Sorry, I just got your message", which is the very reason I call two or three ladies.

With regard to keeping appointments I have made with a provider, I have had to cancel probably three times out of several hundred appointments.
However, I have never simply not shown up. If I cancelled, I called the provider as soon as I realized I would not be able to make it.

Not showing up and not calling are completely unacceptable as far as I am concerned.
