Most providers give really good BBBJs in my experience if you just tell them what you want. There are a few providers who will do DT/gagging if you request it, but that's not my thing so I can only go by their ads. few approach the level of first video but I have had one or two providers come close. I would check TER reviews and go for providers that have good ratings in that department. Also helps to tell the provider what you are looking for when you first meet. Be polite about it and not forceful. Ask and ye shall receive...not always but sometimes in this case.
