I saw lady today that I have not seen in a while. She really messed up her face with those square eyebrows. Please leave those eyebrows alone and let them be naturally.

This is the funniest shit ive read in a long time.

Normally I would agree and just say "Let her look however she wants" but come on.  You know we've all seen the eyebrows and we're thinking WTF is that?!?!!?  I wouldnt see that provider or would I say anything to her, but to act like you never have or that the OP is somehow out of line is ridiculous.  We've all seen them and sometimes they are pretty silly looking.

but I started overplucking them and they have thinned out with bald spots that I am correcting. Some girls shave theirs off and get tattoos up there. Makes them look like truck stop girls with blue tattoos

I had nice bushy brows, then the early 90's came and I started modeling. Bushy was no longer cool. Arches, shaping and not knowing when to back away from the mirror resulted in less than savory looks. Thank you for skilled makeup artists, lighting and eventually learning what works. I'm back 100% natural with a little grooming where it's necessary.  

...and I'm not messing with them!  I love them.  Plus plucking is like torture.  No.  I did it for one moment in middle school when I was insecure because people were making fun of me about how bushy they were but I got over that pretty quick, like most other preteen insecurities that stem from peer pressure.

 I can see why some ladies might like to do a little shaping, but I do think the super thin eyebrow trend is/was weird.  Personally I'm pretty happy with mine.  I don't have a unibrow by any means but I would be happy to rock one if I did!  

carry a paper sack in my hobby bag for emergencies just like this.. you should try it..

If you go to an Asian place, the older technicians do NOT care what you say.  They will do whatever to your eyebrows that they feel like.  I once had to let my eyebrows grow out for six months after I was left with nothing more than a thin line.  NEVER let the old ladies wax your brows.
