here's how it would work :
1. no restriction on topics
2. post ONLY under an alias, you Cannot use your reviewing/providing handle
3. once you've posated there, you MAY NOT use any alias on any other board. violators to be moderatored for brief periods of time. with each violation the moderation period increases.
this would certainly kill off many of my contributions.
