Hey fella's, does the quality of the room matter to you ? I think it does, I always keep a very clean, nice room, not 5 stars but always nice but one occasion on short notice I had to get just decent hotel and I got a lower score a review for it.  

I learned never to get anything " decent " again, even though the room was tidy, clean & neat as per usual but I learned if you're a top notch provider, providing top notch service only an upscale room will work even if the cost is hefty.

Any thoughts? Does a ladies quality of room add or substructure from here score ?

Ladies have you noticed the difference from your client's ?

I don't really care, so long as it's safe and clean. But I would expect an upscale room for upscale prices. I don't book $1,000 an hour girls, but if I did, I'd probably be disappointed if we met in a Motel 8.  

My range is from 300 to 500 (for GFE), and those sessions can take place in a variety of places.

hotel room incalls anymore, only outcalls, which means I'm the one who picked the hotel and the room.  I think its important to make a good impression regardless of who is paying for the room.  

Once I know she's showing up, I call down to the desk and tell them I'll take the clean sheets after all.  Usually, if I'm not finished making the bed by the time she gets there, she'll lend a hand.  Nice touch.  

If she needs to change into lingerie before the session, and they usually do, I'll walk down the hall to the bathroom with her, remembering to grab the pitcher from the dresser so we can have a little water in the  room for later, and I'll wait outside the door so none of the other guests bother her while she's changing.  I think its the gentlemanly thing to do.  Walking back to the room in her lingerie, she'll sometimes get some whistles and catcalls, but they're going to hear us doing it soon enough anyway, so no big deal.  

Don't care if it's expensive. I typically don't like too nice, because that typically goes along with hotel staff that are too willing to be helpful and butt into your business. The number one thing I look for in a hotel is the ability to be discreet. This means does the hotel have a parking lot set up so that I won't stick out like a sore thumb. Do I have to go past the front desk to get to the elevator.

Although it is not the substantive focus of the date, men do notice if you don't have a nice setting in which to conduct your business. Furthermore they will elaborate on it in reviews. This is certainly the case when you read reviews of your colleagues who practice the trade at tiers that are just above the SW level.  This is the case because they are not socialized on the power of reviews in the internet age and the pejorative effect that it can have on your bottom line. Thus they are relegated to a certain tier of the population that would participate in the hobby.  Although they have the right to deny service to whomever they choose, 9 times out of 10 their screening standards are not that stringent.  
 However those who are in the know, tend to keep their places tidy. They do this because they never know who would be a reviewer and they want to escalate the tier of company that they would entertain. They also know that in the seminal stages of their time in the hobby that a pejorative review could be kryptonite to their business.  That is why a tidy place can only be a boone to their image and ultimately their revenue stream.

For me, what matters is that the room is neat and clean, and located in a "safe area". I could care less if it is 5 star hotel; a simple business class 3 star is just fine.

What kind of place are you booking where there's a common bathroom down the hall?  Maybe since you seem to exclusively see K-Girls it's in K-town?

Indies a few times a month. I just don't review them because it's too easy for them to figure out which customer was CDL and I would lose my anonymity.  

I know it sounds extravagant, but I would never entertain a lady at a hotel that didn't include bathroom access.

What hotels don't have private baths in the room?  There's a fleabag hotel in the Bowery in NYC I considered (for a split second) staying at while getting outpatient surgery, and they have shared bathrooms,  but I decided against going that cheap.

Dogs probably has a few fleas in their house, so in a hotel it shouldn't be a big deal, especially when you have a beautiful woman with you.  Fleas don't leave teeth marks but a provider can!

I did recently asked a very beautiful young lady to provide in call because my room for the week was not up to par.  

As for her room,  three star or better, non smoking and neat. After that it is all eyes on her anyway.

It does not have to be a five star but decent hotels have bars, conference rooms etc. If a married businessman type is seen coming out of a cheap motel it would not be easy to explain.  There can be all kinds of reasons you were seen in a nice one.

What I do notice is cleanliness.  My AFT's room always looked like she had just checked in.  By contrast, once when I was still a newbie and didn't know about TER, I went to an incall in an upscale hotel, and there were liquor bottles, dirty towels, and dirty clothes strewn every fucking where.  Needless to say, I didn't ever see that particular chick again.

As long as it's clean and safe, I am a lot more particular about the woman than the room.

Mid-level Hampton Inns, Fairfield et al are just fine with me.

The way I look at it, if the girl is staying at a four hundred dollar a night hotel, she has to pass along that cost to me, even if she is seeing four guys a day, that's a hundred bucks added to the price of each date.

It's just not worth it to me to risk arriving at a property and checking into a room with subpar accommodations. It would cause me anxiety and even if my guest didn't mind, I think I'd be distracted. To alleviate those concerns, I research a hotel intensively before booking a room.

You hit the nail on the head.  It has to fit you as a man so that there are decent reasons to be there just in case there is a problem.   A busy bar and active lobby are the best bet.  

The room should be decent, at least a very solid 3 star hotel.  A busy lobby is a plus.  As is a convention center or large conference rooms.  The key, however, is not as much about the quality of the hotel room, but more about the cleanliness and things that she can control such as whether or not last night's pizza is still half eaten in the box.  I don't care unless the room makes her look likes slob.

Of course if the room smelled like smoke, then I might comment on that given the fact that some of us cannot tolerate smoke for health or personal preference reasons.
I do believe that a higher class room will bring out the best in a girl, which will result in a better experience for her client.

I think the location plays a huge impact on the encounter of whichever client who meets a women. If I was to do a in-call as I have in different states while traveling it is always a 4 to 5 star hotel. I believe that it is safer and clean and would make the client feel at ease. I had a wonderful friend that was a provider that did in-calls to mainly upscale hotels as well when she hosted.  

what was the hotel...3 star? 2 star?  Was it in a lower end part of town.  Personally, I can handle a 3 star if its in the right part of town and I know this may be weird, but I don't do hotels/motels that don't have interior hallways.  Even if the provider is NOT great, I try to tip something to help offset her costs.  

High end everything makes rates go up.SAFE and clean incall.Paid sessions without stress.

Room/hotel quality definitely is a factor in the experience, but cleanliness is far more important to me. 3 star room with a clean bathroom and fresh towels >>> 5 star room that's messy

I absolutely hate it when I go into the bathroom and see a bunch of used condoms or tissues with blood on them in the garbage.  That is disgusting and a huge turnoff.  Also, I hate it when I see a bunch of used towels in the bathroom.  

Hit the nail on the head.  Empty lobby and hotel employees eyeballing me as I walk by is not good.  Busy lobby and/or lobby bar is best....can disappear easily.  

Also, I hate it when a provider has a room on a floor requiring a card key....even worse when she forgets that a room key is required in the elevator and I get to awkwardly step back out into the lobby to call her.

Dont care about the stars. Just clean and safe. I dont like the short stay places some in nyc use. Way too obvious what you are doing.

Three star and up means you have standards. "Five star only" would make you a snob. lol

Personally, I too can't imagine having a liaison in a two star hotel/motel either, but a nice and clean Hampton Inn or Courtyard Marriot works just fine for me.

Embassy Suites - as an example-has an excellent layout-meet in the living room- then retire to the bedroom and......with Hilton Honors points-she can save money by using her points to book or upgrade !

And then see what hotels are available in those areas. Sometimes a five star hotel, like a Westin I stayed at recently, is very nice and upscale but parking is expensive for clients and they tend to have a keycard elevator which no one in this hobby is happy about.  
I love the mid range chains like Courtyard Marriott which have great facilities, are busy with business people, generally have good access and parking and no keycard elevators and are clean and quiet.
I try to make the room look like I've just arrived, bed made, clean towels and no dirty ones, empty bins, no food from last night mouldering on the side. That said I'm no neat freak so you'll see my clothes hanging, shampoos in shower and girly make up on the sink

All of my Incall's are private apartments, and all are located in nice areas. A couple of my Incall's are nicer than others, but always in nice areas.  

When I travel, I try to host from private hotels as well, but obviously it isn't always possible. So, I usually go with a nice hotel and get a suite.
