She just did that segment on GFE. I want to know who is the girl and guy that agreed to be on. Any ideas?

They actually emailed me a few weeks ago, asking me to be on the show, after they found my eros ad.  I didn't even respond to them.  I didn't realize they'd get the episode out so quickly.

How did it go?  Aside from not wanting the exposure, I am always disappointed in the way talk show hosts and other media members railroad professional girls when they question them, and portray them in the sleaziest way possible.  I've never seen anyone interview a classy escort and allow her to really represent the nicer side of the business, without twisting her words to make her sound like a bottom feeding, disease ridden low life.  Of course, a small part of the problem may be that most intelligent escorts would never submit themselves to such questioning and public scrutiny, in the first place, lol.

A long time ago - we are talking at least 5 or 6 years ago, I saw one of the news shows like 20/20 or Dateline do a segment on a new trend in the world's oldest profession, which was older women who were providing into their 50's and 60's.

I really don't remember much about the show now, since its been so long, but one lady really stood out in my mind when I watched it. She was close to 60 years old, and they interviewed her at her incall location. She was dressed beautifully in silks and lace with a silk robe over her stockings, and was wearing pretty little CFM heels. Her bedroom, where the interview was done was extremely tasteful, and ultra feminine.

I remember her talking about how her age really doesn't matter because she was all about pampering a man and making him feel like a king, and that was why men continued to go and see her, that plus the fact that she loved to do what she does.

The piece they did definiteely didn't portray women the way most shows do, and for me, that was the first thing that opened my eyes to the idea that not all women fit the young hard body mould that I assumed all women must fit into to be successful. It would still be several years before I began providing, but when I first got started, I thought about that lovely lady I saw interviewed many times, and thought if she can be successful at 60, then surely I can do it too. So now here I am, still living my fantasy, and still loving it :)

I didn't catch the Tyra Show, did I miss anything?

Did they make it out to be a negative, like they usually do?

I'm heading to the east coast in March....would love to get together for a spa day :)

I saw the segment. For once, it was a surprisingly neutral approach. At the beginning of the discussion, once the interviewee mentioned how much she earned for providing a "girlfriend experience," she asked audience members to raise their hands if they were interested in the profession. Most female members of the audience did. It almost seemed as though she was encouraging it.

Of course, the moralizing did eventually kick in.

The show was interesting. They did things other than GFE to. The beginning seemed  like Tyra was trying to run us down. But at the end she got a little nasty. Let me know when you are coming so we can plan a day . :)

A lady I used to see was on her show a couple of years ago.  Treatment of the hobby was not favorable...
