I replied to a post yesterday, and said that I use an herbal product that helps me with the quality of my erections. A couple of guys have PM'd to ask what I use. Gentlemen, I am in no way suggesting that you just go online and buy the first product that you come across. Like everything else in this hobby, do your research. I also can't stress enough that Bostonguy is 100% right. Don't take any of them until you talk to your doctor. My son is an herbalist, with a masters degree and national certifications, and he will tell you the same thing. Talk to your doctor, and be absolutely sure you know what herbs are in the product that you're thinking about. Just because it's an herb, doesn't make it safe. Example: Some products contain an herb called Yohimbe, which in the proper dosage, does exactly what you want it to do. Here are the issus. Everyone's body is a little different, so naturally, doses would be different for different people. The big one is that the window between too little and too much is very, very narrow. Yohimbe has been linked to serious internal problems like kidney and liver failure, heart attacks and even death. Several countries have banned it's sale. Be very careful if you choose to try any of the herbal products, and by all means, see your doctor. Talk to him or her the next time you get tested.

You might also consider some of Visitingprof's suggestions. I know for a fact that diet and exercise have helped to improve the quality of the time I spend with the ladies.

and effective is diet and exercise... but even those in specific individuals need to be medically supervised.

It should be noted that being physically fit (defined that how you will) is a great and documented way to prevent ED.  It should also be noted that either over or underweight carries a risk of ED that can be somewhat offset by exercise (Int J Obes (Lond). 2007 Oct;31(10):1571-8. Epub 2007 Apr 24.).

It should also be noted that if you have ED there are probably a number of pathophysiologic conditions that mey contribute the condition such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and so on (Drugs. 2006;66(18):2339-55; Curr Urol Rep. 2006 Nov;7(6):490-6.).

In short, should you have ED that is more than just an occasional "problem encounter" you probably are in need of a physical check up.

Or, maybe your wife is unattractive.
