From my experience, some women love just the tip, with very light pressure. Some like more pressure and the whole tongue.  Some don't want fingers inside while others love it, even demand it.  And some love tongue-fucking.  Dislike for beards and moustaches I can understand.  As for eye contact... well I'll try, but frankly the angles just don't work a lot of the time.
