OK, I just gotta gripe.....

I like the polls that TER has, but often they are specific to hobbyists and don't apply to providers at all. The only way to see results is to vote on one of the options, which skews the results.

So if a poll question is specific to hobbyists, I'm thinking a "N/A I'm a provider" option wouldn't be too much to ask :)

Now I am sure there are ladies who pay to get full access but free, limited,  memberships are offered to ladies for posting a link to TER.  Not flaming or discounting your gripe but that's just how the world turns in these times.

If you can wait a few weeks, past poll results are posted in an archive.  I know some questions are provocative enough that you want to see the results now but all of them aren't.

but not in real time - so to get the results on the current poll - the only solution is what you stated - to click on one of the answers-

You are right !!!!

a Good solution for the poll would be to have a link that said see dont vote just see polls results.

I was going to delete or edit my response in case it came across cold.  I did say that there are probably ladies that do pay for their membership.  My point was that this site is probably financially supported by men for the most part.  I do realize that this site would not be as popular without provider participation.

Not that adding a button to view poll results would be bad but TER is not the only site guilty of this.

I guess I just reflected my own thoughts on the polls because I am rarely compelled to cast a vote to see the results immedeately.

Why? What is the benefit of paying for VIP and the VIP you would get as a provider besides being able to read other provider's juicy details? Isn't that the only difference?

Why not? I like this site, I like begin able to read reviews. I guess I'm just plain old nosey :)

But more than that though, as I have often said, I learned a lot when I was just starting by reading other reviews - good ones and bad ones. It made me a better provider when I was starting out and pretty much clueless.

But basically, I'm just nosey :)

When I see my ATF we often spend some time reading other gal's reviews as it gives her an idea of what guys like, what other ladies are doing who get consistent good numbers and also what guys complain about.
From the provider's side this is most definitely a business and knowing what the competition is up to is always a good idea in any business.

Mike, that was very insightful.  Where did you find that poll information and how often are polls like that taken?  I have been a member since September and have never seen anything like this before.

Thanks

How about a poll for providers?  (Again with hobbyists able to see results by click an appropriate button.)

Questions could relate to things like:

How many of you have SO's?

How many have day jobs in addition?

We guys are nosey too.
