When women or providers who are offering their services act like they don't wanna make more money, I don't really know how to react to it. Cuz it becomes a damn if you do, damn if you don't situation.

I have been at the lobby of a massage parlor but never got a massage at a happy ending place.  I did get some traditional services at a local spa though, but massage just isn't my thing.

You can spend $$$$$ over years seeing specialists who have you sit there examining your navel while you try and trace your reaction to an event or string of events in your childhood.

But, for many years now Cognitive Behavior Therapy has consistently provided better results than any other approaches. To borrow a phrase heard in AA meetings "The way to be is to do." If you do not like your reaction to an event, decide to change your reaction. the change you decide upon can be a small change, just to see if it works or just to see if you can change. Once that change is accomplished you can decide to make another small change. eventually you will discover how to make changes that get more of what you want in the long run.

You can go to a library and borrow a highly regarded book in “The Dummies” series about Cognitive Behavior Therapy, once you see that it is an easy read and very straight forward you can buy it on line
