The question is should I just get another massage and see where it goes or should I be more aggressive about what the donation would be to take it up a notch?
If she advertises escort, you shouldn't need to be aggressive to ask for her donation. Just ask.
By the way, when you write a review, please be more specific in the juicy details section than "we finished up". That could mean anything. (:
If you booked a massage and left an envelope on the end table she might not have known what was up. Next time book her as an escort...I bet you'll still get a massage...
I happen to be a licensed massage therapist who also offers extremely limited escort appointments. However, like your provider, I do run two different ads, one escort, one massage. I keep two separate phone numbers, two e-mails and NEVER mix the escort with the massage or the massage with the escorting. I keep them totally separate and once in awhile if I am in the middle of a massage someone will ask if they can get my escorting services and I say...."Sure, call me on my escort line and make an appointment". I'm weird that way but I just really want to make it clear that massage is massage. However, I do have friends that are also massage therapists and for an extra $100.00 they will give you anything you want. So, what I would do is make sure you don't need to contact her on a separate number then call and tell her you have seen her for massage and you would like to know how much escorting services are. Can you combine the two or does it have to be just one? I'm sure you will work it.

Do yourself a favor. Don't question the service. Most providers are explicit about what they do. Check the reviews regularly, join one of the 'hobbyist verification' services to find providers who don't play word games. Expect to pay more for the 'extremes' and fetishes and such, but don't waste money on local providers just because they have the looks. If you are like most of us you want a cup or two in whatever style most turns you on and then you go home. If you are looking for love, you can get it for an hour, a day, a week, or weekend at a time... you've got to PAY to PLAY. Don't get played or get punk'd by the locals, when in doubt see one of the many fine independents traveling to your city. The only doubt will be how long you can get away from home or work. The fee, the service menu will be very plain, if she is a pro.
