Was talking to some friends and we agreed that natural breasts, even if they are small, are much more fun than implants,  Implants rarely look natural and the feel of them is just not cool. So why do so many providers get implants? Dont most guys prefer natural? Any guys out there actually prefer implants? Does anyone care one way or the other?

I've never had my hands on fakes, so I can't truly answer this question, but many fakes sure look good.  For me, it's all about what she can do with them.  Anybody like Russian?

I can only speak MY opinion, of course, but...

It seems to me that guys want big hooters, but that they want them to be natural.  Unfortunately,  the good lord wasn't kind enough to give every lady you may like a set of D cups.

I'm not an implant man, in that I demand a big old set of hooters.  I prefer a woman with what she was naturally gifted with, even if that means little titties, instead of the substituted Lee Press-on-titties.

Natural is best in almost all circumstances, but I have seen some really nice enhanced breasts on smaller women that look and feel very natural. It's the bolted on look and overly-sized implants that make some of thes gals look ridiculous. Then they go and put an ugly tatoo right on the newly enhanced breast.

I got mine because I like large breasts. I got some big ones that I love playing with. I have had a few people assume they are real because they bounce and move like the real thing. I felt a few before I got mine and they felt real but if your body rejects them or you get them too big they will look and feel very hard and unnatural.

The first girl I saw had medium implants for her size that she got for herself as she wanted to be able to wear clothes and just look like a woman.  I agree she needed them and that's fine with me.  The second girl I saw had 34B's installed and they were wonderful.  So soft and absolutely natural feeling.  You could not tell they were implants.  It's up to the woman to decide what is best for them.  All I say is, please don't get breasts so big that they don't look natural for you size body.

Not having seen them up close, I would say they look very natural and not too large. You also don't have that canyon between them which is a tip off that they are very much fake.

and I accept that many in the trade want them.  I think I will always prefer natural.  However, one UTR I see told me she developed tubular breasts -- in this case, I agreed 100% with her decision to obtain implants. I agree with her viewpoint that this was more a case of reconstruction.  She said that when in doggie, they would swing in an odd fashion that made her feel uncomfortable.

I think implants help make clothes fit better and sexier on women. I personally prefer natural ones on naked women.  I turn away from providers who have implants.

I'm a natural B cup.  Most of the gents I see prefer natural breasts, but I have frequently been turned down because they're too small.  On the other hand, my girlfriend, Brie, has very large implants and stays extremely busy (mostly because of the guys looking for large breasts).  It's not very often that she gets turned down because she's too large.  I've often toyed with the idea of getting implants (gravity is a bitch..LOL... and it would be nice to be able to wear strapless dresses without a bra and still look like a girl), but I know they have to be replaced every 5 - 7 years (the amount of time recommended by surgeons anyway), and I can't imagine being 80 years old and undergoing the knife to have my boobs replaced (again).  So, maybe I'll wait until I'm 70 to have them done....LOL

What you do not notice are the good ones. When a woman gets a really good set of enhanced breast do by a top notch craftsman they are just wonderful. Unfortunately too often women want to go from a B cup to a D cup. They then find the cheapest surgeon to do it and it turns out awful.

I have seen a lot of variation, so it is hard to generalize.  It's is not always easy to tell.  One friend I knew for years I swore had beautiful natural C cups, then I saw an old pic of her, and she was an A.  I couldn't believe how good a job she had.  In any case I have seen my share of poor jobs, and I am sure the person would have been better of with what nature provided.  Nice large naturals are the best, especially for Russian, one of my favs.

We guys who LOVE BIG ROUND PERFECT boob-jobs aren't constantly posting and whining that every lady should go under the scalple for one. Chrissakes! If you like natural breasts then see ladies with natural breasts but stop with this endless attempt of self aggrandizing by playing up to the Women Against Boob-Jobs Association. I personally feel that every woman should have cosmetic surgery to enhance their breasts by their 21st birthday.

I wish more men were like you, and I've noticed a rise in the number of men who are looking for real breasts... no matter what their size.  However, I think a big majority just want large breasts no matter whether they're implants or not.  There are even some who, like the poster below, are not happy with anything less than "perfect", hence the demand for boob jobs.  From the sound of his post, it doesn't sound like natural and large will fill the bill...they need to be perfect and round.. which most natural breasts are not.  To each their own.

Mary Oh Mary, your breasts are so very lovely.  They look larger than B's.  Too much of a good thing (like DD's) only goes to waste.  If I only lived closer to Vegas.  Yummy.

First off who says all guys like BIG BOOBS, just speak for yourself ok, to me a mouthful and couple handfuls is just fine.  

It is the same as some guys like the gals BBW, some short and thin, some medium height, some with a bit more meat on the body etc.

We all have our own idea of the perfect female body.

Some like Blacks, Latinas Asians, Whites, or any other mix of blood.

Fake or real, if they look real, feel real would you really know?

Now some over sized fakes are a joke and just to see pictures of them is a turn off.

I am a fan of big boobs, the kind of "the bigger the better". But I have no problems if someone prefers natural. In Europe where I come from, you don't see many enhanced boobs, so boob jobs are very very rare, especially the really big ones. There are only a couple of them who have big boobs. In the states I see a lot of them and like it. Perhaps because i never see them here, i want to see them when travelling to the states.

First of all I am a guy who likes large breasts.  I have only seen a couple of women who I knew had implants, both were tastefully done (and quite kissable as well .  As a general rule I will look for providers with larger cup sizes and good reviews.  If I have to pick between great reviews and my ideal/fantasy shaped woman I will take the reviews.
