Personally, I know that I am not at the top of my game on the first day back after a vacation. It just takes some time to get back into the swing of things. This may sound silly, but do providers experience this same thing, after a vacation? Or is it the opposite, where you are well rested and at the top of your game the first day after vacation?

I am better after a day or two, then I am ready to play ball. LOL

I am that way also. It is because after a vacation my voice mail box is full, I have a ton of email to respond to and alot of reading to catch up on .

I am definitely at the top up my game when returning from a prolonged vaction and looking forward to getting acquainted =)~ with friends.

When I get a chance to get away or go on hiatus, its to be lazy..I dont even go anywhere when in the vacation spot, I lay my ass on the beach and I dont move, even to reach over for tanning lotion is alot of work. so when I come home. I am in lazy mode, and really dont wanna do much of anything after vacation LOL.Takes me a while to get back in  the swing of things.

hard sometimes to go back to work. Thank goodness this is only part time for me, so going back to working with clients/friends isn't that tough. It's just the "getting unpacked and gearing up to wear makeup, etc.," that's hard for me. When I'm on vacation -- except for maybe the occassional dinner out -- I like to be plain Jane. Wink!
